ACE 2022 Highlights of the Year
ACE Mentor Program Helps Prepare High School Students for Careers in Design, Construction & Engineering.
The ACE Mentor Program is a not-for-profit organization that helps to prepare high school students for careers in architecture, engineering, and construction. Through mentoring by industry professionals, our mission to engage and enlighten high school students is achieved and supports their continued advancement in the industry.
ACE Mentor Program of Cleveland
Since its inception in 2008, the Cleveland affiliate of the ACE Mentor Program has provided more than $1.4 million in scholarships to over 180 students and guided nearly 2,000 students through the program. ACE works in partnership with Cleveland/CMSD, Warrensville Heights and Shaker Heights High Schools.
Approximately 120 volunteers from more than 70 local firms from the design, engineering, and construction industries participate in the program.

Since 2008, the ACE Mentor Program of Cleveland has awarded its participants over $1.5 million dollars in scholarships to 200 college and trade students. Through these opportunities and through the hundreds of hours of mentoring they receive, the students gain a broad understanding of career possibilities, real-life and real-work experience, confidence in working with others, and enthusiasm for the part they can play in the industry.
